Requests for Print Advertisements
Gardners Candies is grateful for the community and regional support that has contributed to our success over the years. We are proud to give back through advertising in community and school publications, as well as other media outlets that support local organizations and causes.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to accommodate every opportunity. We strive to support as many worthwhile causes as possible, with priority given to organizations that participate in our fundraising programs.
Qualifications for Paid Advertisements
Please be sure that your cause meets the following criteria before submitting the online application.
- You must be a current fundraising group using a Gardners Candies holiday brochure, online ordering, candy bar or pretzel rod program.
- One request per charitable organization will be considered within a 12-month period.
- All requests must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the publication deadline.
- Only completed forms will be considered.

Requests received by email, phone , FAX or U.S. mail will not be considered.
- Monetary requests will not be considered.
- Ads for individuals will not be considered.
We will send an e-mail response within 14 business days of receiving the request if you qualify. It is not necessary to follow-up with a phone call or email.
If you do not receive an email confirming your request within 14 business days, you did not meet our criteria.
